African-based movement taught in an invigorating atmosphere. Move with poly-rhythm! Explore the cultural significance of the dances. African based movement is a great aerobic workout and it is fun! No experience is necessary.

FUSION Dance
Fusion Dance is a blend of contemporary, jazz, African, and belly dance, woven together into a class that celebrates movement, rhythm, and self-expression. Designed for all bodies and all levels, this is a come-as-you-are space where experience is optional and curiosity is enough. Expect a no-judgment zone, and a chance to feel happier, healthier, and more alive.
$100 investment for 6 week course.

DRUM Circles
Drum Circles are a community gathering where rhythm becomes a shared language and music emerges spontaneously through play and connection. No experience is needed. Just bring your curiosity, your hands, and your willingness to listen and respond. This is a relaxed, donation-based offering, open to all, where the focus is joy, presence, and the simple magic of making music together. Please offer your DONATION below.

West African Drumming
Explore the basics of drumming. Traditional African rhythms and djembe techniques will be taught. We will have a facilitated drum circle, so you can get playing and have fun!
High-quality African drums (djembes) and instruments will be supplied for class use. Or you may bring your own to play.

Gentle Movement
Vibrant low-impact class, gentle yoga stretch, guided dance, and selected activities to help with balance, dexterity, strength, and circulation.
